How long will it take for me to receive my order?

That depends on the size of your order. Smaller items that can be shipped via UPS or FEDEX will usually arrive in 5-10 business days, most of these orders ship within 1 – 3 days from our warehouse. Larger items will ship via freight truck. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery for these items.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal , Check or Money Order by mail

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

No, sorry for any inconvenience, but UPS and FedEx will not ship packages to P.O. boxes. A physical address and valid phone number must be provided with each order.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes. Just call us at 1-800-969-6876 9 am to 7 pm EST, Monday though Friday, and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturdays.
